You have the right to receive protected health information (PHI) through unencrypted email. However, Greenlake Primary Care is NOT responsible for any unauthorized access of this PHI while in transmission to you based on this request and is NOT responsible for safeguarding this information once delivered to you. By initiating email communications with your provider on any e-mail account or specifically with info@greenlakeprimarycare.com, we will assume (unless you have explicitly stated otherwise) that e-mail communications and the risks associated with them are acceptable to you.
