With concierge membership you pay an access fee monthly to be part of the clinic and then you continue to use your Medicare or out-of-network Advantage plan for covered services such as onsite or telemedicine visits, labs, and procedures. The things we do for all of our patients are included in the access fee, such as access to your doctor, appointment availability when you need it, and membership perks. You may have co-pays and co-insurance. With direct primary care, there are no additional costs for telemedicine or onsite visits, and there are deep discounts for labs and procedures offered onsite. DPC monthly fees are less than the price of an office visit.
